If you are not satisfied with the images generated by our app due to lack of similarity or distortion, you may be eligible for a refund. Please read our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• The AI-generated images are significantly different from the uploaded images.
• The AI-generated images are distorted or of poor quality.

2. How to Request a Refund

1. Contact our support team at refund@mayakritiai.in within 7 days of receiving the AI-generated images.
2. Provide your order details, including the date of purchase and a description of the issue. Attach the original image(s) and the AI-generated image(s) in question.

3. Refund Process

• Upon receiving your refund request, our support team will review the submitted images and assess the validity of the claim.
• If the request is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.

4. Conditions

• Refund requests submitted after 7 days of receiving the AI-generated images will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds are only available for images that are not similar or are distorted. Requests based on personal preference or dissatisfaction with the artistic style will not be eligible.
• Each image purchase is eligible for a one-time refund. Multiple refund requests for the same image order will not be accepted.

• You have placed an order for AI-generated images but wish to cancel before the images have been generated.
• You experience any technical issues that prevent the completion of your order.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

• Provide your order details, including the date of purchase and a description of the issue or reason for cancellation.

3. Cancellation Process

Upon receiving your cancellation request, our support team will review the details and process your request as follows:

• If the images have not yet been generated, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund within 7-10 business days.
• If the images have already been generated, cancellations may not be possible, and you may refer to our refund policy for further assistance.

4. Conditions

• Cancellations requested after the images have been generated will not be eligible unless technical issues prevented completion.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be credited to the original method of payment.

5. Shipment Details

As Mayakriti AI provides digital products, there are no physical shipments. All AI-generated images are downloadable directly from the app after they have been created. You will receive a notification in the app once your images are ready for download.
